    • Your first POV has arrived this week. We have discussed at some length the law of products liability. It appears to be inevitable that we will experience autonomous vehicles in the near term. The development of these vehicles raise significant questions surrounding liability for product defect. One perspective is on the liability issue is raised here and, of course, there are others … including your own. You will complete this deliverable in the POV folder in Blackboard.
